As you know, we have been urging President Biden to publish the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment to, among other things, stop the horrors of Project 2025 from becoming a reality.
Tragically, the results of the 2024 elections have ensured that a national abortion ban will be instituted by the new Trump Administration's immediate enforcement of the Comstock Act.
Even worse, we will be defenseless as SCOTUS soon strips women, girls and LGBTQIA+ people of 14th Amendment equal protection of the laws.
We know what's coming and must fight now! President Biden must publish the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment within the next six weeks.
We need all hands on deck, and that requires hiring additional temporary help.
